This collection contains manuscripts, galley proofs, and other material regarding Jerry Pournelle, an American Science Fiction author and journalist. Jerry Pournelle is an American science fiction author who was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1933. Pournelle served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Afterwards, he studied at the University of Washington and received a BS in psychology on June 11, 1955; an M.S. in psychology on March 21, 1958; and a PhD in political science in March 1964. Pournelle began writing science fiction stories in the 1960's and has gone on to write many more since then.
