This collection contains correspondence, speeches and writings, reports, minutes of meetings, memoranda, conference documents, notes, and printed matter, relating to the United States Council of National Defense during World War I, the Paris Peace Conference, the Allied Supreme Economic Council, the Dawes and Young Committees on Reparations, and the International Economic Conference of 1927.
