Biographical / historical:

Robert Barrett (1917-1987) was a Cupertino real estate agent and a leader in the Jarvis-Gann tax cutting initiative in Santa Clara County. In 1978, Mr. Barrett served as co-chairman in Santa Clara County of the "Yes on 13 Committee".
