Luella J. Hall (1890-) was a professor of Geography and History at Hartnell Junior College in Salinas, California (c1937-1960). Although she received a Ph.D. from Stanford University for a dissertation on U.S. Moroccan relations, Hall's principal teaching assignments at Hartnell seem to have been: Latin America, International Relations, and Amerindians.
