Collection consists of ten photographs of major Southern California streets, possibly taken for a real estate developer, and as yet unpaved. Many include captions giving area land values. Streets include Beverly Boulevard (now Sunset Boulevard) in West Los Angeles and Orange Grove Avenue in Pasadena.
