The Charls E. Walker papers consist of material related to Charls E. Walker's professional life in business and government. They include biographical material, correspondence, memoranda, speeches, writings, and printed matter reflecting his long career in banking, and his tenure as Under Secretary (1969-1973) and Deputy Secretary of the Treasury (1973).
