Thomas Reid Associates was an environmental consultancy founded in 1972 by Thomas Reid. Reid was the first consultant to work in habitat conservation planning under the Endangered Species Act (EPA). Thomas Reid Associates prepared many Habitat Conservation Plans and facilitated the State of California's Natural Communities Conservation Plan.
