The Vladimir Lazarev collection consists of writings, correspondence, printed matter, and photographs, relating to political and cultural conditions in Russia. Of particular interest in the collection are Vladimir's memoirs and correspondence with famous public figures.

Biographical / historical:

Vladimir Yakovlevich Lazarev was a Russian poet, novelist, philosopher, essayist, and literary critic, and subsequently a Russian émigré in the United States.
