Images, dating from the late 1800's to 2001, document business, agriculture, residential, special events, people and places of interest in Oxnard and surrounding areas.
Acquisition information:: This collection was created by Oxnard Public Library staff, from 2001-2002, as the Oxnard Heritage Digitization Project.
Processing information:: These photographs were assembled from the photograph collection of the Oxnard Public Library and digitized as a one-year project supported by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the State Librarian, from October 2000 through September 2001.
