This collection consists of three editions of Food Safety, a publication of the Consumer Protection Division of the Department of Environmental Health. The editions are from 1995, 2000, and 2008.

The Department of Environmental Health is a stand-alone department under the administrative oversight of the Department of Agriculture and Environmental Management. Previously it was part of the now disbanded Environmental Resources Agency and before that a division of the Public Health Department. The department includes the Consumer Protection Division, the Hazardous Materials Compliance Division (HMCD), and the Vector Control District.
