Includes James Phenix, Jr., Corporal John Mills, Private Norman Wallace, Corporal John R. Webber, Sergeant Allen B. Black, Major John Fillmore and Captain W.F. Patient. James Phenix, Jr., age 18, is a Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) member paralyzed by an injury to his spinal column and was taken from Oakland Airport to his home in Alabama.
