Collection is comprised of ephemera, newsclippings, subject files, print outs of digital photographs and photographs documenting the donor, William (Bill) J. Smith's, life in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, his frequent visits to San Francisco, and his circle of friends. Smith died in 2021. Includes some documentation of the leather scene in San Francisco, leather apparel and t-shirts. Also includes cards and letters from friends, some photographs of the donor's childhood, and a millennium diary documenting the donor's trip to San Francisco in December 1999-January 2000.
