Collection contains manuscript formulae for medical powders, elixirs, and concoctions. Approx. date based on printed receipt and formula "for disguising nauseous medicines" on letterhead of Dr. George Morrison, Delavan, Wisc., completed in holograph March 15, 1875. Quarter red sheep and marbled paper over boards.
