Biographical / historical:

William E. Hines (1923-2000) was an American cameraman and cinematographer who was active from 1959 through 1996. He worked on feature movies and television programs, including Attack of the Jungle Women (1959), The A-Team (1983), and "Ned and Stacey" (1996). He authored two books, Operating Cinematography for Film and Video: A Professional and Practical Guide, and Job Descriptions for Film, Video and Cgi.
