Incorporated October 13, 1905; 91.20 miles from Hillsboro to Tillamook, Oregon. Construction was started in November, 1905 and completed June 30, 1911. The Southern Pacific Company acquired an interest in 1906, assumed control on June 5, 1909 and purchased it on July 1, 1915.
