Milburn E. Biddle was an engineer at Rocketdyne, an American rocket engine design and production company headquartered in Canoga Park, California. The Rocketdyne Division was founded by North American Aviation in 1955, and later became part of Rockwell International, Boeing Rocketdyne, and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne. In 2013, the division was sold and merged with Aerojet to form Aerojet Rocketdyne.
