Scope and content:

This collection consists of promotional one sheets (27x41), three sheets (41x81), six sheets (81x81), folded 30x40 and 40x60 posters, pressbooks, and window cards of various films released from the 1940s through the 1990s. The items were originally part of a collection owned by a movie memorabilia store in Houston, Texas. Some of the titles represented in the collection are: The Three Caballeros (1944) The Third Man (1949) Spartacus (1960) 8½ (1963) Cabaret (1972) Taxi Driver (1976) Heavy Metal (1981) Return of the Jedi (1983) Jurassic Park (1993)

Materials are grouped by format and arranged alphabetically, along with a small number of promotional film stills as 8x11 negatives and prints located in boxes 164-167. Also present is a corresponding 4x6 photographic index of posters found in boxes 172 - 179.
