The City of Sacramento Real Estate and Street Assessment Division was a division of the Office of the City Engineer. It handled City of Sacramento real estate properties, assessments of streets and alleys for improvements, and making improvements to curbs, sidewalks, lighting, storm and sanitary sewers, water systems, and gutters.
