Scope and content:

This collection consists of Fall 2023 and Fall 2024 submissions by students enrolled in SE 160W - Digital Media Archive: Living Archive of Poetic Justice, a course designed to train students in community archival and oral historical methodologies to explore how education can address experiences of historically marginalized communities within Orange County. Submissions include oral history interviews and supplementary materials such as, narrator biographical information, transcripts, photographic still images, and photographic captions.

Digital folder names in this collection consist of three major segments separated by underscore characters in the following order:

  • abbreviated course name with academic year
  • student's last name

Digital file names in this collection add upon the segments used for digital folder names with two segments that follow the student's last name in the following order:

  • interview number
  • content-type indicator with sequence number
