Earl Francis Peron was born in Plymouth, Iowa, on March 31, 1887. He was married to wife Louisa Kroger in 1906, and they subsequently had six children born between 1907-1915. By the mid-1920s, Earl moved from Sioux City, Iowa, to Los Angeles, California.
Earl Peron died in Los Angeles on December 29, 1949.
