Scope and content:

The Woman’s Club of Wilmington Collection documents the organization’s events and activities between 1956 and 1983. The collection consists of textual materials, photographs, and newspaper clippings related to picnics, day trips, holiday parties, card games, luncheons and dinners, dances, theatrical and musical entertainment, flower shows, and educational lectures. In addition, the collection includes a complete set of yearbooks documenting the Club’s officers, committees, departments, programs, and rosters from 1956 to 1972.
