Record Series 731 contains the administrative files of UCLA's World Arts and Cultures Department. Files include administrative materials such as correspondence, contracts, reports, and advertising information; and event documentation including programs, flyers, press releases, pamphlets, photos, and scrapbooks. This collection also contains recordings of events such as rehearsals and performances of freshman, senior, and professional music and dance concerts, available on audio cassettes, 1/4" reel to reel audio tapes, 3/4" video cassettes, HI8 video cassettes, and digital video cassettes, and other unspecified video media. Additionally, this collection contains slides and sheet music.
