Biographical / historical:

Elbert Emerson Stickels was a Captain in the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He was born in Eugene, Oregon in 1915 and died in 2001. He was married to Margaret Belle (Waddle) Stickels. At one point they lived together in Salinas, California.
