The Canton (built 1835; bark) sea journal was kept by Daniel Flint Bradford from March 30 to October 3, 1849. The CANTON was voyaging from New York to San Francisco. Biographical / historical:

The bark CANTON was built in Baltimore, Maryland in 1835. She was lost off the Azores in 1911.
