Record Series 545 contains the exhibition files of Art Council. Files include photos, slides, correspondence, and documents regarding loans, participants, publicity, posters, catalogues, sales, admissions, finances, insurance, opening events, previews, dinner events, and other materials relating to the planning and execution of exhibitions and events. Additionally, files include Executive Committee and Board of Directors meeting minutes and acquisition files.
