The Tradeswomen Archives Collection (1971-2022; undated) contains five boxes and 3.84 linear feet of articles; clippings; magazines; newsletters; t-shirts; stickers; pins; tote bags; conference programs; photographs; flyers; and other material donated by women who worked in trades' professions (tradeswomen) such as: electricians, ironworkers, carpenters, and other trades. Also included is material related to tradeswomen involvement in labor unions, and the nontraditional women's occupation movement.This collection is arranged into series by occupation, and also includes a series on tradeswomen advocacy, as well as a general file series that includes material related to tradeswomen events, conferences, and workshops; reports, bulletins, and other publications; and ephemera such as stickers, tote bags, t-shirts, and bandanas. File titles for a majority of the material are in regards to the tradeswomen who the material belonged to; or organization the material came from.
