    Biographical Note

    Zschau has an A.B. degree from Princeton University and M.B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University. He was founder and CEO of System Industries from 1968 through 1981. In 1982 Zschau was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and represented the Silicon Valley area in Congress for two terms, ending in 1986. In 1987 he became a General Partner of Brentwood Associates, a venture capital firm, and in 1988 was elected Chairman and CEO of Censtor Corp., a position held until he became General Manager of the IBM Storage Systems Division from 1993 to 1995. He is currently the chairman of Princeton Power Systems, Inc., StarTek, Inc., co-founder and chairman of Polyera Corporation, and director of WashingtonLive, Inc. and Chisholm, Inc. He currently teaches in the electrical engineering department at Princeton University.
