This collection contains one handwritten letter written in Vietnamese describing life in North Vietnam. The collection also contains a translation summary to English. The letter is a testimony provided by Dung Tat Le's brother, Trần Tiến Hưng. The letter describes life in North Vietnam and offers details on the poor conditions of the homes, people looking thin, sickly, and poor, and well as trips to Nm Dihn and Hai Phong.
