The Charles Fox papers span the years circa 1967-1995 and encompass approximately 28 linear feet. The collection includes full music scores and Fox's handwritten music sketches. More than a dozen films are represented, including BARBARELLA (1968), FOUL PLAY (1978), and NINE TO FIVE (1980).

Biographical / historical:

Charles Fox is an American composer active in film and television since the 1960s. He has been nominated twice in the original song category for "Richard's Window" from THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN (1975) and "Ready To Take a Chance Again" from FOUL PLAY (1978). Fox has served on the Academy Board of Governors since 2007.
