Organizational History
Stanford RISes: Conversations on Race, Inequality, Sexuality and Gender, was a project created by Stanford students EKela
Autry (Class of 2017) and Rochelle Ballantyne (Class of 2017) in 2014, inspired by Harvard Universitys "I, Too, Am Harvard"
project. The goal was to create a dialogue around all stereotypes that affect Stanford students, including those that relate
to class, gender, race, and sexuality.
