Linda Welcome was a lesbian who grew up in New England, lived in the Bay Area, and recorded her life in scrapbooks that span the time from her childhood in the 1940s to the late 1990s. The scrapbooks provide documentation of Welcomeโ€™s family, friends, and lesbian community.
