F. Bailey (Chicago), under the auspices of the American Association of General Passenger and Ticket Agents.

The California State Railroad Museum Library has in its book collection a copy of the May 1904 edition (No. 31) of The Compendium of Passenger Rates and Divisions, Containing Information Regarding the Division Of Through Rates and Condensed Local Tariffs Of the Railway Lines Of the United States, Canada and Mexico, As Well As the Tariffs Of the Principal Steamship and Steamboat Lines, compiled and published by W. F. Bailey (Chicago), under the auspices of the American Association of General Passenger and Ticket Agents.

To accompany this book is the publisher's record of subscriptions sold for the July 1898 edition (No. 25) through the 1912 edition. Noted in manuscript are the subscriber's name, title, railroad affiliation, location, number of copies, amount paid, method of shipment, and date paid.
