Naren Shankar is an Indian American writer and producer. He has most notably worked on "CSI," "The Expanse," "Almost Human," and "Star Trek: The Next Generation." He has a PhD of Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and worked as the science consultant for Star Trek.
