Scope and content:

Collection comprises 77 concert recordings by such artists as Elizabeth Cotten, John Jackson, Peggy Seeger, and the Strange Creek Singers. Concerts from the early 1970s are digitized from 1/4" open reel tapes. The remaining concerts were recorded on digital formats.

Biographical / historical:

The Princeton Folk Music Society was founded in 1966 and has produced over 500 concerts by folk and blues artists.
