Collection covers facets of Walt Disney Productions, including the development of Mickey Mouse, the Silly Symphonies series and other animated characters; animation cameras, animators at work; the Hyperion Avenue studio building and Mickey Mouse promotions. Manuscripts including Mickey Mouse fan mail; drawings; animation cels and backgrounds; film frames; photographs; posters; newspaper clippings; publications including ones by Earl Theissen; and ephemera. Also comic strip engraving plates for Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphonies series. 1906-1980, undated (bulk is 1930s-40s)
