Scope and content:

The collection of handbooks dates from 1939 to 2020. The handbook has had three interactions, beginning as the Handy Billy in the early years of the University and was changed to the Sea Horse in the early 1940's and in 1979 it came to be called the Student Handbook. The handbooks primary focus is to lay out the contains the rules and regulations for campus life.
