The Crest Associates is a Pepperdine University support group comprised of community friends and donors. The group supports the University and its mission by bringing the local community and the university closer through community outreach projects, academic programs, scholarships, faculty support, and events.
The News from The Crest monthly newsletter is published to help keep friends and neighbors of Pepperdine informed about current events and programs. The newsletter provides a calendar for upcoming events, offers opportunities for neighbors and friends to get involved around campus, and provides information and pictures from past events. Other events hosted by the Crest Associates, such as the Crest Lecuture Series, provides the community with free lectures from Pepperdine professors to the public.
After 2020 and in conjunction with other University Advancement updates, this program was renamed Wave Associates and placed under the Pepperdine Associates program.
As partners in the important work Pepperdine does to improve quality of life throughout our community, Wave Associates are able to share in the University's world-class recreation, theater, and library facilities, as well as cultural and social events organized through the Associates program.
The efforts of this esteemed group help prepare our students for lives of purpose, service, and leadership, giving them the opportunity to make a difference as dynamic and productive individuals in the community.
