Included on microfilm are the "Compton Enterprise" and "Compton news Tribune."

The South Bay Newspapers Collection (1935-1969) contains 183.85 linear feet of microfilm and bound volumes of South Bay newspapers during the 1930s to 1960s. Included are both daily and weekly newspapers. Newspaper titles include "Compton Herald"(1935-1957), "Compton Herald American" (1941-1956), "Compton Journal" (1942-1949), "Compton News Tribune"(1946), "Dominguez News" (1965-1967), "Habor Mail" (1957-1958, 1961) "Wilmington Press Journal" (1962), "Wilmington Daily Press Journal" (1962), and "Wimington Press Journal/Harbor Mail" (1964-1969).
