Background

-
This small collection comprises eight letters and one photo sent from Sullivan to a trans man named David. David’s replies are not included among the correspondence in Sullivan’s collection, and nothing is known of him except that he lived in Nevada and initially met Sullivan through his application to Golden Gate Girls/Guys, of which Sullivan was the treasurer at the time. In the letters, Sullivan offers advice, shares news, and discusses his activism. GSSO Linked Terms: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/GSSO_000130; http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/GSSO_000372
