Scope and content:: The three books are in a manila envelope, stored inside the box marked “Clyma Collection”/”Clifford Fallon Jr. Collection” include: 2 yearbooks from Marin Jr. College (1931 and 1932) and the program from the May 1935 graduation ceremony at UC Berkeley.
Biographical / historical:: . Clifford Fallon Jr. (1912-1987) was a member of an early Contra Costa County family. The Fallon family moved from Trinity County to the San Pablo area in 1860, according to information provided by donor Elva Christian. Clifford Fallon Jr. attended junior high and high school in Richmond, then Marin Junior College in Kentfield (Marin County), and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1935 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
