Biographical / historical:

Mennonite Brethren mission work in Spain began in 1976, when MB Missions/Services sent three missionary couples to Madrid. The work there faced great difficulty, and saw only limited success. Seventeen years of mission efforts resulted in only two small congregations with twenty total members. Missions/Services suspended mission work in Spain in 1993.
