The collection contains correspondence, flyers, clippings, subject files, photographs, negatives, buttons, and audiovisual materials that document local San Francisco events, organizations, and public figures. One of those organizations is the Sydney Ducks, a neighborhood association for Telegraph Hill. Many of the events were for the LGBT community. Maley's projects include: the Coit Tower 75th anniversary; earthquake preparedness videos and training; and Metro Madness, a 1980 fundraiser for the Harvey Milk Fund, which featured a performance by Sylvester and a book launch for Armistead Maupin's "More Tales of the City." There are also copies of his radio interview show, and a memoir by Gary Cloutier.
