The material consists of teaching materials, lab notebooks, writings, and reports.

Biographical / historical:

Stanley Wojcicki was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1937. He received a BA from Havard in 1957 and a PhD in physics from UC Berkeley. Through out this time, he he remained associated with the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory from 1961 until 1974. He also held visiting positions at CERN (Geneva) and College de France (Paris).

He joined the Physics Department at Stanford in 1966 as an assistant professor. He later became a full professor and serving as a department chair from 1982 to 1985 and later between 2004 and 2007.
