Transferred from Curatorial department, 1976 July 15.
Custodial history:

Collection was loaned to the Southwest Museum by John Kaye, 1950 August 16. Collection permanently donated to the Southwest Museum, 1964 December 28. Watercolor sketches transferred from Curatorial to the Library, 1976 July 15.
