Abstract:: Items were selected from the archival holdings of Beaumont Library District's history collection. Of special interest are images that depict the historical buildings, structures, railroads, public institutions, ranches and farms and the topical geography in the expansion of the Beaumont- Cherry Valley Pass area. The collection portrays the economic growth, significant events and prominent individuals and families that were instrumental in the development of Beaumont and Cherry Valley communities.
