- Consists of materials collected by Pat Durham’s friends at her memorial service, which was held on July 17, 2005 at the Women’s Building in San Francisco. Durham (1926-2005) was a San Francisco activist who co-founded and served as executive director of Options for Women Over 40 and Director of Women’s Activities for Gay and Lesbian Outreach to Elders (GLOE). She also served on the Commission on Aging, was among the leaders of the second Old Lesbians Organizing for Change Conference and was co-founder of the Pat Bond Old Dyke Awards. The collection includes photographs, a large photo collage of her life, photo albums, cards, the program from the memorial service, a sweatshirt with buttons and patches, and a plaque from the Commission on Aging. Also included are a notebook, a DVD, photographs, and readings from Pat Durham for the Mothertongue Feminist Theater Collective.
