Includes: interview with architect Bernard Judge who lived in the Kings Road house,14 Feb 1979; interview with Clyde Chace who helped build the Kings Road house and lived there in the first years with the Schindlers, 5 June 1980; interview by Kathryn Smith, Robert Sweeney, and Randall H. Kennon (Smith's husband) with R. M. Schindler's family: Mark Schindler, Mary Schindler, Ian Schindler and Isabel Schindler, at Mary Schindler's house, Westwood, CA, 14 February 1987; and an interview by Kathryn Smith and SCI-ARC students Hans Persson and Max Dymling with Mark Schindler at the Kings Road house, 7 Apr 1992.
