Scope and content:

Collection consists of letters to the Office of the Registrar, David Starr Jordan, and Orrin Leslie Elliott; minutes of the Committee on Admissions and Advanced Standing; freshman admission ledgers; grade reports & transcripts on microfilm; and annotated publications produced by the Office of the Registrar.

Known accessions include 1984-046 (Series 2); 1994-114 (Series 3); 1998-153 (Series 5); 2013-027 (Series 6); 1990-035 (Series 8); and 2016-113 (Series 9); 2017-067 (Series 10); Early correspondence (Series 11); and 1997-180 (Series 12).

Series 6, 8, 9 (microfilm), 10, 12 and Addenda, 1987-026 are restricted for 75 years from date of creation. Otherwise, the materials are open for research use. Audio-visual materials are not available in original format, and must be reformatted to a digital use copy.
