Papers regarding the Daniel Siegel house span 8 linear feet and date from circa 1950 to circa 1996. The collection is composed of blueprints and blackline reproductions of Smith and Williamsโ€™ architectural drawings for the Siegel house, as well as landscape plans, plans for the Buff & Hensman remodel, and receipts and letters related to furnishing and remodeling of the house.

Biographical / historical:

The Siegel house was designed by the architectural firm Smith and Williams in 1952. Located in Pasadena, California Buff & Hensman designed an addition in 1966. The papers that compose this collection were collected by the home owners Mr. and Mrs. Seigel and given to the architecture and design collection by their son.
