"Jim" Davis, Sr., a real estate broker in Orange County, California who was involved in the sale, development, land use and conservation of a portion of the Eugene Grant Starr Ranch. The collection includes soil surveys, maps, geological surveys, internal memoranda and reports used by Mr. Davis while working with potential buyers and developers.
